Božidar Peter was a Croatian handball player, coach, and journalist born on March 3, 1938. He played for Partizan Bjelovar, winning multiple championships, and represented Yugoslavia in two World Championships. After his playing career, he transitioned to coaching with RK Kvarner and worked as a journalist for Novi list. He was part of the first successful generation of Partizan Bjelovar and reached the final of the European Champions Cup in 1962.
