Bradley James Nelson is an American roboticist and entrepreneur, born on May 16, 1962. He has been a Professor of Robotics and Intelligent Systems at ETH Zurich since 2002. His research encompasses microrobotics, nanorobotics, and medical robotics. In 2005, he was named one of Scientific American's top 50 leaders in science and technology for his work with nanotubes. In 2019, he was honored with the IEEE RAS Pioneer Award for significant contributions in micro and nano robotics. Nelson is also a co-founder of several companies related to robotics.
