Brahmananda Biswal (December 25, 1934 - August 23, 2014) was an Odia politician. He was associated with the Bijoy Janata Dal and the Indian National Congress in Odisha. Biswal served as a Member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly three times, winning elections in 1971, 1973, and 2000 from the Kamakshyanagar constituency. He was also a minister in the Nandini Satpathy's cabinet, playing a significant role in the state's political landscape.
