Brett Gotcher is an American long distance runner known for his performances in various championships. He competed in high school at Aptos High School and later at Stanford University. Gotcher represented the United States in the 2009 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships, finishing in 64th place, and also competed in the 2009 IAAF World Cross Country Championships, where he placed 75th. He made his marathon debut in 2010, marking a significant step in his running career.
