Brian Ross Dansel is an American politician and political advisor born on April 2, 1983. He serves as a member of the Ferry County Board of Commissioners and was previously a Republican member of the Washington State Senate. Dansel won his Senate seat in 2013, defeating John Smith. He resigned in 2017 to work as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. Returning to Washington, he later directed the USDA Farm Service Agency and became a Ferry County Commissioner in 2023.
