Bronislav Hryshchuk is a Ukrainian prose writer, poet, publicist, playwright, critic, and translator, born on April 1, 1940, in Serhiyivka, Volochysk District. He is a recognized journalist and has received several awards including the Golden Feather of the Journalists' Union. Hryshchuk is a member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine and has been honored with the Oleksii Honchar Literary Prize, as well as regional awards named after M. Hodovants and Hryhorii Kostiuk. He is the author of nearly thirty books and numerous articles.
