Bruce Barton Holmes is a former gridiron football linebacker, born on October 24, 1965. He played two seasons in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings after being drafted in the twelfth round of the 1987 NFL draft. Holmes played college football at the University of Minnesota and attended Henry Ford High School in Detroit, Michigan. In addition to his NFL career, he was a member of the Toronto Argonauts, Ottawa Rough Riders, and BC Lions in the Canadian Football League (CFL).
