Charles Kenneth 'Buddy' Nix is a former American football coach and executive born on December 6, 1939. He served as the general manager of the Buffalo Bills in the NFL from 2009 to 2013. Nix had earlier experience as a scout for the Bills from 1993 to 2000 before joining the San Diego Chargers alongside John Butler and A. J. Smith from 2001 to 2008. He returned to the Bills in 2009, bringing his extensive experience in football management and scouting.
