Dindigul C. Sreenivasan is an influential Indian politician and senior member of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK). Born on April 1, 1948, he has served as a four-term Member of Parliament and is currently a Member of the Legislative Assembly for Dindigul, a position he has held since 2016. Sreenivasan was appointed Minister for Forests in Tamil Nadu from 2016 to 2021 and was named AIADMK treasurer on July 11, 2022. He represents the Piramalai Kallar community and has been actively involved in politics since the late 1980s.
