Carl Axel Otto Kellgren was a Swedish painter, draftsman, and graphic artist, born on February 8, 1907, in Lund and died on September 28, 1973, in Biskopsgården, Göteborg. He studied art at the Technical School's evening school from 1928 to 1930, and at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts from 1930 to 1935. Kellgren's work included still lifes, figures, portraits, and landscapes, using oil, woodcuts, or etchings. He exhibited both individually and in group exhibitions, and his works are part of collections in Swedish art museums.
