Carlos Manuel Pedrosa Cabecinhas is a Portuguese Catholic priest and professor, currently serving as the rector of the Sanctuary of Fátima. Born on October 19, 1970, in Leiria, he was ordained a deacon in 1994 and a priest in 1995. He holds a master's degree in Sacred Liturgy and a doctorate in Liturgy. Cabecinhas has taught various subjects in secondary education and higher education institutions. He has held numerous positions in the Diocese of Leiria-Fátima, and since 2011 he has been the rector of the Sanctuary, focusing on its centenary celebrations.
