Carlos Luis Revette, born on February 1, 1978, in Caracas, was a notorious Venezuelan criminal known by the alias 'El Koki'. He led a major criminal gang that controlled the Cota 905 area in Caracas and was one of the most wanted criminals in Venezuela. Revette was implicated in various serious crimes including robbery, homicide, and drug trafficking. In 2021, he was involved in violent confrontations in Cota 905, which resulted in at least 26 deaths and 38 injuries by July 11. Revette died on February 8, 2022, in Las Tejerías.
