Carrie studied history at the University of Warwick. She began a relationship with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in 2018 when he was still married to Marina Wheeler. In 2019, she became engaged to Johnson, and in April 2020, she gave birth to their first child. Additionally, she is known for her environmental activism.
