Casey Rankin (1946-2009) was an American musician born in Kansas. He is known for his contributions to the Japanese music scene starting in 1971, particularly through his work with the rock band SHŌGUN and as a solo artist. His son, Eric Zay, is also a musician, continuing the family's musical legacy.
