Celal Mümtaz Akıncı is a Turkish lawyer and a former member of the Constitutional Court of Turkey. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1982 and began practicing law in Afyonkarahisar in 1984. He represented defendants in the Sivas Massacre case in 1993 and became the president of the Afyonkarahisar Bar Association in 2001. He was elected to the Constitutional Court on October 13, 2010, and later became the President of the Court of Cassation on December 17, 2020. He retired on January 31, 2022, and returned to private practice.
