He achieved significant success, including winning a silver medal at the 1967 European Championship and becoming Czechoslovak champion in 1960. Mrázek played in the Czechoslovak basketball league for a decade, earning multiple medals with Sparta Praha. Later, he played professionally in France and taught at universities in Switzerland. Additionally, he coached the Swiss men's national basketball team and was involved in various basketball positions in Switzerland before returning to the Czech Republic in 2011.
