Sir Celestine Ngozichim Omehia is a Nigerian politician who served as the fourth Governor of Rivers State from May 29 to October 25, 2007. He was a member of the People's Democratic Party and prior to his governorship, held the position of Rivers State Commissioner of Education. Omehia was elected despite allegations of vote rigging during the 2007 gubernatorial election. His tenure was marked by economic challenges and security concerns in the state. His governorship was annulled by the Supreme Court, which ruled that Chibuike Amaechi was the legitimate PDP candidate.
