Celso Claro Horta Murta (April 29, 1917 – December 8, 1996) was a Brazilian civil engineer and politician. He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Minas Gerais in 1943 and served as a federal deputy for Minas Gerais from 1955 to 1963. With a political lineage, his grandfather was an influential politician in the imperial and state legislative assemblies. Murta was affiliated with the Social Democratic Party and later joined the National Renewal Alliance after political changes in Brazil.
