Cesar Francesco Barone, originally born as Adolph James Rode on December 4, 1960, was an American serial killer. He was convicted in 1995 for the assault and murder of four women in the Portland area between 1991 and 1993. His criminal activities led to a death sentence; however, he passed away while awaiting execution on December 24, 2009.
