Cha Yong-hwa is a North Korean artistic gymnast who competed at the 2007 World Championships and represented her country at the 2008 Olympics. She won a silver medal at the 2006 Asian Games with her team and earned an individual bronze on the uneven bars. Cha also secured a silver medal at the 2008 Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Despite her achievements, her results were nullified in 2014 due to age falsification issues, which came to light after disciplinary action from the FIG.
