Chad Szeliga is an American drummer, born on December 23, 1976, in Elyria, Ohio. He is best known for his work as the drummer for the rock band Breaking Benjamin. In 2013, he joined Black Label Society, taking over from Mike Froedge, and later replaced Jimmy DeGrasso in Black Star Riders in 2017, leaving the band in 2021. Throughout his career, Szeliga has been influenced by notable drummers such as Vinnie Colaiuta, John Bonham, and Neil Peart.
