Chang Pei-Cheng (January 20, 1941 – March 31, 2016) was a Taiwanese male film director who won the Best Director award at the 13th Golden Horse Awards. He graduated from National Taiwan University of Arts in 1964 and began his career in art design. He gained acclaim for his directorial works, particularly with films like 'Husband and I' and 'Tears of Little Flower' in 1969, and won the Best Director award for 'Wolf Tooth' in 1976.
