Charles Angina is a lieutenant general in the Uganda People's Defense Force (UPDF), born on March 29, 1962. As of August 2021, he is awaiting assignment at the Uganda Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He served as the deputy chief coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation from January 2017 to July 2021, and prior to that, he was the Deputy Chief of Defense Forces of Uganda starting in May 2013, succeeding General Ivan Koreta.
