Charles Boyd Gentzel (1922-1981) was an American Christian mystic and esotericist, co-founder of Mark-Age in 1960. Born in Youngstown, Ohio, he served as a master sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II and later obtained a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from Cornell University. He was recognized for his academic achievements during his time at university and was the first child of Charles A. Gentzel and Mary Yaskalko, having siblings Mary, Robert, and Donald.
