Charles Coe is an American football coach and former player, born on October 31, 1948. He is the assistant head coach at Missouri Baptist University in Missouri. Coe was head football coach at Alabama State University from 2003 to 2006, achieving a record of 29–18. A two-sport athlete at Kansas State University, he also played baseball in the Detroit Tigers minor league system. Coe's son, Michael Coe, is a former NFL cornerback.
