Charles Bradford 'Brad' Cooper II, born in 1967, is a United States Navy Vice Admiral. He currently serves as the Commander of the United States Naval Forces Central Command, the United States Fifth Fleet, and the Combined Maritime Forces. He has previously held the position of Commander of Naval Surface Forces Atlantic and served as the Chief of Legislative Affairs for the U.S. Navy.
