Charles E. Cobb, Jr. (born May 9, 1936) is an American businessman known for his leadership roles at Arvida Corporation and Disney Development Company during the 1970s and 1980s. He was instrumental in a leveraged buyout of Arvida from Penn Central, later merging it with Walt Disney. Now the CEO and Managing Director of Cobb Partners, Ltd., Cobb has also served on the Walt Disney board of directors and was previously CEO of several subsidiaries at Kaiser Aluminum and an investment manager at Dodge & Cox.
