Charles Michael Henderson, 3rd Baron Faringdon, born in 1937, is a British peer, stockbroker, and courtier. He was educated at Eton College and Trinity College, Cambridge, graduating in 1961. Henderson became a partner at Cazenove in 1968 and was chairman of Witan Investment Trust from 1980 to 2003. He succeeded his uncle as Baron Faringdon in 1977 and served as a Lord-in-Waiting to the Queen from 1998 to 2008. He is currently Pro-Chancellor of the University of West London and was appointed a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.
