Charles Lovett Keyser (1930–2022) was the fourth bishop suffragan for the Armed Forces in the Episcopal Church. He was consecrated in 1990 and served as an assisting bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Florida until his retirement in 2000. Keyser earned a B.A. from The University of the South and an M.Div. from St. Luke's Seminary. He was ordained as an Episcopal priest in 1955 and served in the U.S. Navy Chaplain Corps, including time on the USS Pocono and with the 1st Marine Division in Vietnam.
