Charles Lucas Anthony, also known by his nom de guerre Seelan, was a prominent Sri Lankan Tamil rebel associated with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). Born on December 11, 1960, he played a significant role in the separatist militant organization fighting for Tamil rights in Sri Lanka. His dedication to the cause marked him as a key figure among Tamil militants during a turbulent period in the island's history. Anthony's life, however, was cut short when he died on July 15, 1983.
