Dr. Charles Simabura is an Indonesian legal expert specializing in constitutional law. He is a lecturer, researcher, author, and legal activist currently teaching at the Faculty of Law of Andalas University. He serves as the Director of the Constitutional Study Center (PUSaKO) at Andalas University, succeeding Feri Amsari. Additionally, he held the position of Acting Deputy Dean III at the Faculty of Law from 2017 to 2018. In 2023, he applied to become one of the candidates for the rector position at Andalas University.
