Charles Milne Skepper (February 26, 1905 – on or after April 4, 1944) was an economic intellectual and socialist who joined the British Special Operations Executive to work in occupied France during World War II. He conducted sabotage and espionage operations until he was captured. He was tortured during interrogation and ultimately killed by the Gestapo.
