Charles Edward Wallace was an American professional basketball player born on March 2, 1948, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He played for the Oklahoma City Chiefs in college and was drafted by the Baltimore Bullets in 1970. Wallace excelled in the Eastern Basketball Association, winning Rookie of the Year and leading in points and rebounds during the 1971-72 season. He was named to the All-EBA teams in 1971 and 1972. After retiring from basketball, he worked at Bama Pies in Tulsa and passed away on December 9, 2023, at age 75.
