Graciela Ceballos Paccini, known as Chela Ceballos (1965-2016), was a Colombian accordionist, musician, and singer who became known for her work with the all-female vallenato group Las Musas del Vallenato. She was born in Barrancabermeja as the daughter of Bertha Paccini and Ramiro Ceballos, with four younger brothers. In Cartagena, Bolívar, she followed her passion for music inspired by singer Patricia Teherán. Ceballos struggled with illness in her last 15 years and passed away on February 13, 2016, due to severe illness.
