Chellapilla Sitarama Murthy (born November 13, 1908) was an Indian writer and educator. He completed his early education in A.E.L.M. High School and his intermediate studies at Pithapuram Rajavari College. He earned a BA from Andhra University in 1928 and an MA from Nagpur University. After retiring as an English teacher from Government Arts College in Kadapa in 1963, he continued teaching at various colleges. His spiritual guru was Sri Bhashyam Appalacharya, and he contributed significantly to Telugu literature and translation.
