Chen Bi (1914 – June 15, 1966), originally named Guoze, was a Chinese petroleum geologist and an expert in petroleum exploration and development management. He was born in Changsha, Hunan province, but his ancestral home is in Minhou, Fujian. He served as a geologist at the Qinghai Petroleum Administration Bureau, contributing to the field of petroleum geology in China.
