Chen De (July 1914 - August 25, 1983) was a general in the People's Liberation Army of China, hailing from Chao'an, Guangdong Province. He was a founding deputy general and a representative in the Fourth and Fifth National People's Congress. Notably, he was the only Red Army officer from the Chaoshan region who completed the Long March and was the sole founding general from Chaoshan in the People's Republic of China.
