Chen Haifeng, born in February 1956 in Qingtian, Zhejiang, is a Chinese politician and member of the Communist Party. He graduated from Guizhou University and holds a master's degree in business administration from Nankai University. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary-General and Deputy Director of the Policy Research Office of the Guizhou Provincial Committee, as well as Mayor and Party Secretary of Anshun. In January 2008, he was elected Vice Chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Political Consultative Conference.
