Chi Modu (c. 1967–2021) was a Nigerian-born American photographer acclaimed for his significant contributions to hip-hop photography. He captured iconic images of legendary artists such as Tupac Shakur, Eazy-E, and The Notorious B.I.G., largely defining the visual aesthetic of hip-hop's golden age in the 1990s through his work with The Source magazine.
