Chico Picadinho, born Francisco da Costa Rocha on April 27, 1942, in Vila Velha, is a notorious Brazilian murderer. He was convicted for the murders of two women, one in 1966 and the other in 1976. His criminal case gained significant attention and was identified by G1 of São Paulo in 2014 as one of the nine murder cases that shocked Brazil.
