Chieko Hirobe (born August 16, 1936) is a Japanese pharmacologist known for her work in pharmaceutical chemistry, drug discovery, and religious studies. She obtained her Doctorate in Medicine from Toho University in 2001. Formerly known as Mizushima, Hirobe has served as an assistant at the University of Notre Dame and worked at Nakajima International Patent Office. She has held professorships at Seisen University, including positions in the Department of Human Sciences and the Faculty of Literature, as well as at the Institute of Humanities.
