Chieko Kadogami was a pioneering Japanese lawyer from Ehime Prefecture. Born on December 8, 1914, she was the first female prosecutor in Japan. She was known by multiple spellings of her name, including Chieko Kadogami and Chieko Kadogami. Her maiden name was Fukumasa. Her husband, Hidetaka Kadogami, was a professor emeritus of logic at Tokyo University of Economics, and their son, Mitsuteru Kadogami, is a professor at the Kyoto University of Art and Design.
