Chiharu Kawasaki (April 5, 1903 - June 6, 1991) was a prominent Japanese businessman, serving as the fifth president of Keisei Electric Railway, president of Keisei Department Store, and first president of Oriental Land. He played a key role in the establishment of Tokyo Disneyland and oversaw Keisei's growth for 21 years. Additionally, he served as chairman of the Japan Private Railway Association and was involved in several railway companies. Born in Ibaraki Prefecture, he was also an accomplished artist with talents in oil painting, especially roses, and came from a family of artists.
