Chinpei Nozue is a Japanese broadcast writer, economic commentator, and politician born on January 2, 1932. He has served as a four-term senator and was the first leader of the Tax Party. Nozue held several prominent positions including chairman of the Board of Directors at Lake Hamamatsu Country Club, advisor to the Takikawa School of Rakugo, and a fellow at Cyber University. He is also known for his contributions to Japanese politics and has a pen name, Nozarashi, as a member of the Daku Daku Kai literary group.
