Chocho (born January 16, 1973) is a Japanese essayist and writer known for igniting the 'little devil' boom in Japan. She hails from Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, and has blood type AB. Her debut came in 2002 with the publication of her blog, 'Ginza Little Devil Diary,' which she maintained while working as a copywriter and hostess in Ginza, and it became a bestseller with over 500,000 copies sold. In the autumn of 2014, she became a single mother after giving birth to a daughter.
