Chris Blom (born December 10, 1963) is a Belgian conductor, music pedagogue, oboist, and cor anglais player. He conducted the Royal Harmonic Orchestra of Sint-Laureys in Hove from 1998 until April 2009. Blom studied at the Royal Flemish Conservatory in Antwerp, winning several first prizes in music theory, oboe, English horn, and chamber music. He also served as an oboe teacher at the City Conservatory in Leuven and performed in the Belgian Air Force Music Chapel and 'Jeugd en Muziek'.
