Anders Christian Bugge Vegger (1915-1992) was a Danish officer, army chief, and resistance member. He joined the army swiftly advancing to lieutenant in 1940, later participating in the Danish Brigade in Sweden. Wounded in action during WWII, he rose to the rank of general in the post-war period, leading various army divisions and staff roles. Vegger was also active in defense advocacy and wrote on military tactics. He continued to serve voluntarily in the Home Guard and was married to Kirsten Mengel.
