His solitary life ended with his arrest in 2013. Despite his criminal acts, many admire his ability to endure harsh winters. He faced ethical dilemmas regarding his thefts, ultimately admitting that stealing is wrong. Post-arrest, he was sentenced to 7 months in jail.
