Chrysostomos Korakitis, born Dimitrios Korakitis in 1933 in Athens, was a Greek bishop and metropolitan of the Holy Metropolis of Mani. He graduated from the University of Athens in 1957 and served as a teacher from 1958 to 1963. He was ordained a deacon in 1960 and a presbyter in 1966. He was elected metropolitan of Gythio and Oitylo on October 4, 1996, and was consecrated on October 6, 1996. He passed away at the age of 84 in Areopoli, Mani, on November 8, 2017, during divine liturgy.
