Israel 'Cisco' Oliver Jr. is a retired American professional basketball player born on December 28, 1947. Standing 6'6" and weighing 210 lbs, he played college basketball at Elizabeth City State University before being drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in 1970. He participated in the inaugural season of the Philippine Basketball Association in 1975, playing for Mariwasa-Noritake, and later spent three more seasons in the league with two teams, including his final year with Presto/Great Taste in 1978. He also appeared in television commercials.
